Welcome to the Pan American World Airways In-Flight Service Graduation Photo Album. This electronic e-book shows Pan Am In-Flight Service class photos from the first class trained in 1929 to the last classes to graduate in 1990. This is an interactive photo album that allows the viewer to tap on a link in the name directory - Glossary - and you will be taken to that person’s Pan Am class photo. Class photos are listed in chronological order by class number - if no class number is known those classes are listed by ‘start date’ (same as on company ID’s). From a class photo, one can tap on a student’s name and you will be taken to the name directory.
This eBook does not contain ‘all’ Pan Am In-Flight Service classes. Due to Pan Am’s sudden ending, seems there is no available preserved archive of In-Flight Service Class Photos. Photos in this electronic book have largely been submitted by class members, some with class rosters and class numbers/dates. Other class photos had no information when received and placement information had to be best guess. Photos have been enhanced and cropped for best viewing and can be viewed full screen by tapping on photo - pinch zoom to enlarge. Some photos were submitted in low resolution and may show pixelation.
